The world is changing faster than any of us could have ever imagined.

Sometimes keeping your head above water feels impossible despite, as an adult, having an array of tools and techniques at your disposal to try and prevent overwhelming anxiety and alarm.

But how must it feel for our children who will grow up and become adults in a world even more unrecognisable from that we inhabit today?

While we can’t stop or slow the inevitable pace of societal, economic, political and technological change, we can enarmour our children with what Speaker of the Year winner and leadership coach Jaz Ampaw-Farr calls “ambitious resilience” to empower them with the confidence and capability to find their own way in the world.

Watch our interview with Jaz and discover the invaluable lesson to foster ambitious resilience not just in your kids, but in yourself to give you the courage to be the person you really are, and to live the full, rich and rewarding life you really want.
